		<description>My &#039;92 GMC fuel filter is under the body attached to the frame. It has steel fittings, so use the proper tools to remove it or you will round off the flare nut. There is a special wrench made for use on flare fittings. (just in case you are new to this)</description>

Here&#039;s how you can find out for sure: look under the truck at the fuel tank, and find the lines coming from the fuel pump (they&#039;ll probably run from the top of the tank) follow them downstream for a bit, and you&#039;ll find the fuel filter. If you don&#039;t find the filter before you get to the engine, chances are the filter is above the tank.</description>
