You can make just about any seat fit... The floor in your 69 is flat, except for the tiny raised ridge at the front of it on the floor. You will not find a direct bolt in unit.

Just find the seats that you want. I've seen them from newer trucks, to Lincoln Town Car seats mounted in the 67-72's! No matter what you get, you will need to modify the seat brackets to bolt to the floor. You may need to drill new holes to bolt them down. Just get what you want, them make the necessary adjustments to the brackets (that come with the seats you want) to mount to the floor. Keep in mind the height and angle when you alter the mounting brackets.

If it is Chevy/GMC seat, any will fit it.

Most people do not like the seats that have the head rest though. It shows through the back window plus limits your view out your window.

There are several buckets that would make nice retros in that truck. Some of the late eighties early ninties VW's used factory installed Reccaro's. Mitsubishi had a really nice seat in their Starion/Chrysler Conquest TSI models, as well as the Eclipse/Talon/Laser model. Toyota had a nice set in the Celica GT. With a little fabrication any of these would make a nice fit allowing you to build your own console.
