Why do you need to keep it? The extra insurance, tags , inspections, and upkeep is unnecessary and expensive. Find out what its' worth and then sell it or trade it in for the new body style- Zero % for 60 mos.

If your runnig costs exceed your limits and if it can fetch a nice price
why not get a new one

But if you're much happy and if your Chevy is'nt a strain on your pocket you could Churn out a little more out of it

I have an 04 Chevy myself. It's already been pelted by a hail storm. And then half A## repaired by the best body shop in town. I wish the next storm would pick it up and drop it off in Kansas. Or better yet, somewhere out there in space with the rest of the space junk. I got a discount when I bought it and all I really got was discounted junk that sucks gas. The only good thing I can say is... it's paid for. They have no value. If you try to sell it, you will lose your pants. If you try to trade it, you will lose your pants, shorts and your shirt. I think you should keep it unless the government will pay you about 10k just to junk it. Even then you will still be behind. Just drive it till the wheels fall off. Put em all back on and drive it till they fall off again. After about 3 times doing this... junk the dang thing.
