		<description>You can go to 4-wheel disk, but the truck will work well with rear drum.  The biggest problem with drum brakes is that they do not adjust properly, mostly because the adjuster wheels bind/ rust/ lock up.  If you use Anti-seize lubficant on all the moving parts other than friction surfaces, it stops it almost completely.  As far as the front suspension, Moog and off-brand Moog are the best, longest lasting parts, but you may want to just get what is actually bad, unless you are &#039;building&quot; the truck up for a reason, such as dropping or heavy service.  The 69 is a good truck, but just regular service will keep it dependable and driving well for quite a while, and depending on the miles and how it runs and/or shifts, you would be better off having the engine and transmission checked out for leaks, wear, and coming problems.</description>
