The bulbs are new, and there doesn’t seem to be a fuse in the fusebox for headlights, the tailights come on. I already replaced the switch and that didn’t help.

It could be a bad dimmer (hibeam/Lo BeaM) switch I had an 82 GMC Vandura that the dimmer switch went out on and I had no headlights.

somethimes when a bulb goes bad the rest of the lights will go off. In my camaro that happened

Start at the headlights with your test lamp. When it finally lights up, look between and the last spot you were at for a problem.
