I've done body work and restored cars for 30 years. A lot of chevy parts fit from different years better then any other cars, but it all comes down to just doing it. If you want those seats to fit, then they will fit, you make them fit. At the most you just need new holes drilled in the floor and add 1/8 inch thick by 1+ inch wide steel flat bars so the flex doesn't rip through the sheet metal. Seats are self contained, adjustments and all. They all bolt to or through the floor.

You can make just about any seat fit... The floor in your 69 is flat, except for the tiny raised ridge at the front of it on the floor. You will not find a direct bolt in unit.

Just find the seats that you want. I've seen them from newer trucks, to Lincoln Town Car seats mounted in the 67-72's! No matter what you get, you will need to modify the seat brackets to bolt to the floor. You may need to drill new holes to bolt them down. Just get what you want, them make the necessary adjustments to the brackets (that come with the seats you want) to mount to the floor. Keep in mind the height and angle when you alter the mounting brackets.
