Sounds like a air problem like an intake leak or something. Have it checked on a computer to see if it will send a code to point you in the right direction. Replace Fuel Filter! Inspect Wiring at Fuse/Relay Boxes (Main and Under the Dash)! You Will need an Auto-Electric Shop to Help You with this! Read your first one also and from what I understand this should fix most of it.
