		<description>You don&#039;t have an issue with the PCM.
The ECM B fuse is the main power to the fuel pump when the relay is closed. 
Remove the fuel pump relay, and install a new fuse, if it blows then it&#039;s in the fuse box. If it doesn&#039;t blow then either the gray wire going to the pump is shorted to ground. Shorted relay (try swapping the relay with another relay that looks like it, they&#039;re all the same) or a bad fuel pump.( my guess is the fuel pump ) see it all the time.</description>

		<description>I think you might have a bad ground or short but it could be the ECM itself is shorted out inside itself too. Try checking the wiring harness going into the the fuse panel and also the ECM&#039;S harness for either dis-colored or frayed or burnt or corroded wires.
 I&#039;d probably try calling around to do it yourself auto wreckers to find a ECM and try it.

		<description>Check the wiring for shorts, twisted, crimped wires, damaged insulation, anything along those wires. Sounds like you have some wiring damage somewhere. Alternatively, it is possible the computer is bad.</description>
