I know you've already checked the fuses but I really think you should check them again. Check them all and very very carefully. Next check another simple thing, debris in the trailor lights hookup. Check the switch attached to your brake pedal for the brake lights. Get where I'm going with this? Somewhere there is a massive short and it's causing problems all across the board. You're naming 3 totally different circuits here which would mean it would take 3 fuses to burn out to cause the problems you're having. Check underneath the fuse box also, make sure there is a good connection. Something or a lot of somethings may have come loose. Write me back when you figure it out. I'd like to know what it was.
