Go out and buy a bottle of Gunk engine flush it works great. just put in with your old oil (wile the engine is cold) and let your car sit and idle for like 15 to 20 minutes and then drain the oil out.

Trany fluid works after dumping the old oil, ruin it through since the fluid slick it will grab onto the shaving. One of the guys I work with use an Air chunk with 30 psi and blew the crap out. I offen wonder what damage could be done by this Idea.

Put a quart of kerosene in the crank case and run it at idle for 5 minutes (do not rev it up). Then drain out crank case and change the filter, put in fresh oil.

Sea Foam will help but if there are metal shavings there could be real problems.

You can get Sea Foam at AutoZone.

I've always had good luck with Sea Foam that stuff works wonders, you can do it when your changing oil, spark plugs, run it through a vacuum line for cleaning your head out, put it in your gas tank, endless possibilities... Great stuff . Would definitely check it out :)
