It is time to check your library for a manual or go see a good mechanic. The tools cost more than the parts and labour. those pulleys are usually tough to take off. The tool is a vibrational dampener pulley puller, it is like a chicken track shaped casting with slots for bolts and a center bolt for pulling with.
