If you can provide paperwork showing that the motor was replaced and has only 20,000 miles, that would be helpful, along with some type of report showing that it has never been wrecked, or had flood damage or any other kind of damage. Get these documents and talk to a reputable used car dealer, and then compare it to the blue book value(you can buy a blue book at any bookstore) and then you can get an idea of what it is worth and what you can sell it for.
