It is probably worth about $4,000, tops. I would look somewhere else. Just because the transmission is replaced doesn't mean it is a good deal. There are many other parts that can fail with that many miles. Ask about service records, Timing belt, water pump. And most importantly, always have any used car inspected by an independent mechanic.
