The ball joints would become rusty inside and squeak, Try lubing the ball joints with a moly grease (graphite) . If that doesn`t work , then change the shocks, but they don`t normally squeak. It could be shocks, coil springs, suspension bushings, steering bushings/components, or spring isolators.
