Normal for Chevy truck rotors to get warped so soon?

I have a 1998 Chevy truck that only has 24,000 miles on it. Isn't this too early for the rotors needing to be resurfaced or replaced? I can feel it when I break hard at a stop light. Thanks.

my girlfriends dad has a sweet cameo and it has a chrome plate on the side that says "chevrolet 3412" i asked if the numbers ment anything specific and he wasnt sure. so i guess im tryin to find out everything about those trucks but most importantly, what do the numbers mean, thanks.

1991 Chevrolet K1500 Ext Cab- I dented the body on the bottom of the rear side window and behind it, I don't know how to take off the plastic interior in order to be able to push/pound out the dents. What about dents to the side of the bed? can you just reach up from the bottom and pound them out?

99 chevy silverado ext cab...cd player located under the cigarette lighter, separate from the radio itself..only button on the cd player is an eject button, will i have to remove both the cd player and the radio or just one to put in an aftermarket cd player?
