    To convert, you could use some adapters. You bolt the adapters to the wheel flange, then bolt your 8-lug tires to the adapter.

    That’s about it, the front hubs will not swap with an 8lug truck, nor will the axle shafts for the rear axle. You could swap out the rear axle to a 14 Bolt full floater. You will need to get a conversion u-joint to mate the driveshaft to the axle, and your driveshaft shortened a couple of inches. But you would still have to worry about the front.

    Or go all out, and swap out the IFS for a solid axle Dana 44 or Dana 60… Then you could have your 8-lug on the front, and go with the 14BFF in the rear and you will be stylin!!!
