Well in the old days (70’s) when we had this problem, we would loosen the lug nuts a drive down some bumpy streets for a while.

If you have some spare money, take it to a tire shop with a pro because you are going to end up braking something that could be expensive. good luck

spray between drums/wheels with pbblaster loosen and remove all lug nuts /reinstall 2 nust loosly on each wheel then drive truck around the yard while kinda brutal it uses the trucks weight to break the drums free of the wheels DONT DRIVE ON THE ROAD

put something over the wheal like wood or use a plastic hammer and hit the wheel while heating the center.

Get some PB Blaster from your local auto parts store, it works much better than WD-40.

Spray it in between the rim and the drum at all angles and give it an hour or two to soak in. Then try a pry bar between the rim and the drum to pop it loose. You may have to spray the PB Blaster again if it is still tough to break loose.

Use a BFH (bigger#KING hammer). Hit the bottoms and tops of the tires till they break free. You wont hurt the tire…just dont hit the rim. Dont use a torch as this could cause problems if you get the tire to hot and it explodes in ur face. Not good.

spray the drum with penetrating oil, let it soak, spray it again. apply pressure to the back side of the tire using a long pry bar or 2×4 and at the same time, with a large hammer or small sledge hit the axle center. You may have to destroy any center cap that may be in the way. The pry bar or 2×4 should be pivoting on the frame at one end touching the tire in the middle and sticking out to where you can pull on it on the other side. You will need two people.

get you large can of penetrating oil ,like wd-40 and lay it to them it will eat enough of the rust off to get them off ,i went through this with my truck,all i was going to do was rotate the tires,and they wouldn’t come off,if you clean and paint the hubs that will stop them from being hard to get off.keep spraying them with wd-40 it will help get them off,good luck.

Use a torch to heat the center of the rim where it is contacting the drum. Then, use your sledge from the back side of the rim.And as always have a fire extinguisher close at hand and ready to use!!!!!
