try moving the wheel and trying to turn the key but not hat rough that happens to my explorer too

your shifter may not be in the “park” position. if it is, then try the “neutral” position.

You probably turned the truck off with the wheels turned to sharply. Grab the steering wheel and pull it in the opposite direction that the wheels are turned in and at the same time, turn the ignition.
